Paypal is the only form of payment accepted, however, you do not need to have a paypal account to pay.

All pieces are shipped in a envelope with Stacks & Stones Stickers and shipped in a Courier Bag.

Items are Couriered with NZ Post from Auckland, and unless the product page says it's made to order, they are usually shipped within one working day after you place your order. Made to order Bracelets take up to two to five working days to ship. Please make sure your address is correct on paypal. I'm not responsible for shipping to a wrong address that's listed on your paypal account.

Please let me know if you would like to send a Bracelet directly to someone as a gift and I'd be happy to include a custom note for you.

International customers: You may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Items are shipped first class and have a tracking number. If you would like a faster tracking method, the item will have to be shipped Express mail, which costs more and I am happy to get a quote for you. Please message me after you buy your item if you want it to be shipped this way, and I will invoice you for the extra shipping cost.

I do not accept returns unless you receive the wrong item or if you receive an item damaged.
